Exhibitor Information
1. REGISTRATION FORM: Exhibitors (Both vendors and show) please find the exhibitor registration form by clicking here.
Please fill this out and mail, along with payment, to the address on the form.
2. EXHIBITOR & CAMPER HOURS:
Friday June 20nd: 8am - 9pm
Saturday June
21rd: 6am - 6pm
Sunday June 22th: 8am - 5pm
3. SAFETY RULES:
Please read the Safety Rules printed below.
SAFETY RULES
The Show Committee has adopted the Following Safety Rules. Please help us to ensure the safety of all exhibitors and guests.
1, Operators of trucks and cars must hold a valid driver’s license.
2, Operators of tractors or any other equipment on the Show Grounds must be 16 years of age or older. No riders will be allowed except as provided in item #3 below.
3, Entrants in the daily parade must be at least 16 years of age, or, accompanied by the insured owner.
4, We ask that bicycles, motorbikes, mopeds, ATV’s etc, not be used on the grounds. Antique exhibits, handicapped and official vehicles are exempt
5, No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the grounds. No one shall operate machinery under the influence of alcohol.
6, Equipment should not be left running without a responsible person in charge.
7, Unsafe practices or conditions should be reported promptly to any member of the Shows committee or member of High Country Antique power Club.
8, All engines must be shut down for refuelling. No smoking within 10 feet of a fuel area or tanks/containers. Fuel must be stored in a regulation container.
9, During wet weather, we ask that exhibits not be moved without authorization by a Show Committee Member.
10, All dogs must be properly restrained while on the Fairgrounds and handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.
11, Any further Safety Regulations will be announced at the Show!
