FLEA MARKET INFORMATION
THE SHOW COMMITTEE HAS ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING FLEA MARKET RULES.
1. THE OLD TIME COUNTRY STORE HOURS ARE SAT. 9:00AM.-5:00PM. SUNDAY 9:00 AM.-3:00 PM.
2. ALL MERCHANDISE SOLD BY THE CLUB IS SUBJECT TO A 10% SURCHARGE UP TO A SELLING VALUE OF $1000.00 OVER $1000.00 A FLAT RATE OF $ 100.00 WILL BE CHARGED.
3. ALL MERCHANDISE TO BE SOLD BY THE CLUB MUST HAVE A TAG OR STICKER ON THEM WITH THE OWNERS REGISTERED NUMBER AND SELLING PRICE.
4. TAGS AND STICKERS WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE CLUB AND INSTALLED BY THE OWNERS OF THE ITEMS WHEN THEY ARE BROUGHT IN.
5. LARGE ITEMS TO BE SOLD BY THE CLUB WILL BE PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE TENT.
6. HIGHER PRICED ITEMS ($200.00 OR MORE) CAN BE DISCUSSED BETWEEN PURCHASER AND OWNER. AGREED UPON PRICE MUST BE CHANGED ON REGISTRATION FORM.
7. LOTS 15 FT. X 30 FT. CAN BE RENTED AT $50.00 FOR THE WEEKEND (NO HYDRO) WHICH INCLUDES ONE ADMITTANCE PASS FOR THE SHOW.
8. ANYONE RENTING LOTS SUPPLY THEIR OWN TENTS-TABLES- ETC. AND SELL THEIR OWN GOODS DURING SHOW HOURS.
9. ALL MERCHANDISE MUST BE REMOVED BY THE OWNERS OF SUCH GOODS BY 5:30 PM. THE LAST DAY OF THE SHOW.
10. NO “FOR SALE” SIGNAGE IN THE EXHIBITOR AREA.
11. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
12. HIGH COUNTRY ANTIQUE POWER CLUB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.
13. ANY FURTHER RULES WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT THE SHOW.

To rent a booth space, please read the Rules and Regulations below then fill out the Booth Rental Form and mail to the address on the form.
1. RENT A BOOTH SPACE and sell your own items.
2. Bring your items to our "Old Time Country Store" and WE"LL SELL
THEM FOR YOU (FOR A SMALL COMMISSION).
